I had some difficulty with burpees and mountain climbers as I have a bad elbow {incorrectly healed tendon, YAY} BUT I did what you're supposed to do, I kept moving and working the areas they were working. I did a LOT more squats and tried to put my butt to the floor. I'm not so good at that but I'm better at that than burpees!
I can't say this was my favorite workout, but that's probably because I didn't push myself as hard as I did the first day. I DID work up a sweat though so that's a plus!
