Les Mills Combat: Combat 60 Extreme Cardio Fighter

Today was my beginning to week 3 of Les Mills Combat. I missed yesterday because I was sick. {boo hoo} 

I swear these trainers are insane. At least until you catch onto what they are doing, then they flippin rock! There were some tricky steps in there that I had difficulty with, but eventually they made sense and I know next round I'll get 'em. Luckily the whole workout wasn't all new, the {moves} are basically the same, they just change up their order or intensity. It's actually really fun. 

I can still feel the burn and I'm curious if I'll be able to crawl out of bed tomorrow. I had added 3lbs of weights to some weighted gloves {non-beachbody} but didn't really like their feeling when I was punching. I'm guessing that isn't what they are made for, so I swapped them out mid-workout for the {real} Les Mills Combat gloves which feel SO much better.

Overall I liked this workout, it didn't feel like a whole hour. It seemed to fly by which is a nice change ;)
