Hey there! My name is Stephanie and I am 23 living in the Twin Cities [That's in Minnesota for those of you that don't know].
I've been struggling with my weight since I hit high school. Things weren't as bad then, but when you're that age you don't know how to appreciate what you do have. Ahhh if only we could go back right? Well I am hoping to by making changes in my life and becoming more active.
As I write this I am 290 pounds, over the past 7 months I have gained 27 pounds. My pants don't fit correctly and it's a true wake up call. I mean seriously who wants to buy more pants??
My goal is to find a system that works for me, stay motivated and lose the weight in a healthy way. I have a very tough goal to reach by my next birthday but I can't say that a number really matters. What does matter though is feeling good and looking good.
