Doubling Up: Combat 45 // Combat 30

I'm 2 weeks into Les Mills Combat and honestly I feel the best I ever have. I'm not sure if someone put some {ridiculously happy pills} into my food or WHAT!

All week I've been {excited} to work out. I'm only 2 weeks in and I can see remarkable improvement in the way my body functions in my workout. I've also noticed that the videos I've been doing have gotten easier. So today I decided I needed to {double up}

What does that mean, you say?

{Doubling Up} means I worked out TWICE today. You read that right. After 45 minutes of Power Kata I still had the energy to rock out Kick Start. That's an hour and fifteen glorious minutes of hell on earth. It seriously kicked my butt, and I'm glad I did it. After Power Kata I could tell that I was not going to be sore tomorrow. Ok maybe I would have been just a little, but I {knew} my body could handle more. I went back to the menu and hit play. again.

If a 243 pound female who has been working out for a whole two weeks can hit play twice, you have {no excuse} not to hit play at least ONCE.
