Tonight I did another round of Combat 30 Kick Start, it was absolutely {amazing}!
I can feel myself pushing harder and really challenging my body. I can tell I'm getting better with kicking and I'm throwing harder punches. Definitely worked up a sweat and can't wait to do it again!
All day all I kept thinking about was how much I couldn't wait to go home. Not because I don't like my job, I do. But because I just enjoy working out now. I think I've said it before, but it can be repeated. I think I found {my program}.
I love that I'm not even done with week 2 and I'm seeing {progress}. Not only in my measurements {15.5" in 19 days} but in my energy and my ability to fluidly move through the workout.
I absolutely, cannot wait to wake up tomorrow and do another workout! Since I did Combat 30 Kick Start today I will probably do Combat 45 Power Kata tomorrow to change it up. Next week we start adding in new workouts, Combat 60 should definitely be a new challenge but I'm absolutely ready for it.
I'm going to try going to bed earlier and waking up early to complete my workouts. I already fall asleep around 9 yet always hit snooze at 6 am. I hope in time I'm able to stick to an am workout but I also think I'd have less intensity since my roommates would be asleep. Choices, Choices, Choices. Evening is better than never.
