For those of you that know me you're quite aware of the fact that I've been sick since Saturday morning. I've been exhausted and barely able to breathe [not to mention on pretty much every pill I can think of to make it hurt less]. Luckily after weighing in today I've stayed at a stable weight [didn't lose or gain from last week]. I've been drinking lots of fluid and hope to be up and running tomorrow, literally. Then I'll hit the kettlebells and more than likely set up a workout plan! Hope everyone is having a much better week than I am
