The Day After

Well I'm not feeling nearly as sore as I expected to be but today was still a nice day off. Tomorrow I'll be hitting up the wii fit again and doing some more kettlebell work. This morning I could definitely feel some muscle ache in my calves from all the jogging with wii fit, and in my quads from the tactical lunges and swings. Nothing that a warm shower and lots of water can't help. 

My next step will be to start drinking water instead of snacking. Lots and lots of ice cold water. I might start keeping track of that as well, who knows. Another goal is to actually reach my daily goal of 15 miles jogged every day. 
Also I'm going to make an outline of "Rewards" that I can give myself for reaching milestones.
