Progress

So Friday I had a goal to run 15 miles which didn't work out so well for multiple reasons. The biggest reason being i started to feel a tightness behind my right knee about 2.5 miles into my jog, and it continued to get worse. I decided that some cardio is better than no cardio [considering this time last week i wasn't doing any i've made progress], and decided to move on the kettlebells.

I decided to do swings, squats and tactical lunges and let me tell you that definitely kicked my butt. I woke up this morning and my legs were killing me, I definitely think this will be a better goal than tons of jogging. It takes less time and is more effective. 


Come Monday I'm going to give that a try with a 15 minute cardio warm up, stretching and then some kettlebell work. Once I get a program set I'll upload the plan so if anyone wants o try it on their own they can =)
