Setting and Reaching Goals.

So if you haven't noticed I've added a section to track my weight loss progress. This section will be updated every Monday with new stats. I want everyone to know that weight is just a number, and being healthy is about more than what you weigh. If you're doing a lot of weight lifting and building muscle mass you won't lose as much weight, because muscle weighs more than fat.

My goal is to look great in a bikini on my birthday this year. My stomach is my biggest problem, I'm a girl, I'll keep my chest thanks =) If you didn't notice my birthday is June 10th, so I have time on my side, kind of... I have about 21 weeks to reach my goal weight of 175 lbs, which is 90 lbs less than what I weigh now. This is a very aggressive goal and will take a lot of dedication and a complete change in my eating habits, which I haven't been very good about this week =\ Each week I will need to lose about 5 lbs. Once I have a chance I'll upload some pictures of my starting point, but for now let's take a look at what the goal is...
