The focus of the Britney Spears Circuit workout routine is to burn excess fat in the midsection, arms and thighs. What I have set up is a 7 day workout, however you should note that day 7 consists of only cardio and medicine ball work, which you can skip if you need a rest day.
Each day you should do a quick cardio warm up, then start your circuit training. For example on Day 1 the first circuit consists of the machine bench press [which is much safer btw], then the lat pulldown and then the arnold press. You should do each one 12 times then start the rotation over. Once you have done that 3 times you should start the next circuit. Which in this case consists of the Ball incline dumbbell press, the seated row and the machine military press. Again doing each one 12 times and then starting the rotation over, 3 times. Then follow with your cardio of the day, in this case 45 min on a recumbent bike.
I've also listed to do medicine ball work each day. You can do squats with a medicine ball at arms length, lunges with a twist also stretching the medicine ball at arms length. Sitting on the floor with your knees bent and medicine ball in hand twist from each side touching the medicine ball to the floor. Those are just some ideas you can do as many different exercises as you want.
