Check In Weigh In


Remember how I was talking about goals and working hard to reach them? Well this week was a FAIL! I haven't lost any weight, but I guess I can be a little happy because I didn't gain any weight either.
I'm finding it increasingly difficult to stay motivated and want to work out. I know I can do it, but working out in front of my family isn't the greatest part of my day. I'd join a gym if I could afford it, but being as I'm unemployed that really isn't an option.

I've still got about 141 days left until my birthday, so if I can get back on track A.S.A.P I shouldn't have a problem. I'd like to start the Insanity work out since from what I've heard it's very challenging to your body... but again that whole not having a job thing is really biting me in the rear.

So it's back to drinking more water, eating less and pushing myself as hard as I can. Time to take it seriously and get moving!
