In today's society Celebrities are the most influential people. Especially in how people view their bodies. My goal for the New Year is to get back in shape and help you do that as well! Using Celebrity tips and workouts I have a very high goal for losing 80 lbs in the next 6 months.

just to name a few... These gals have some of the hottest bodies in hollywood and use great workouts to stay in shape.
When I'm not working out I'll be finding new workout tips to test out and share with you. Between Wii Fit Plus, Jillian Michaels, a Treadmill and a weight machine I'll be kept busy challenging my body. But no one really wants to just read about fitness. We'll also follow celebrity gossip and current fashion trends.
