For someone my size, intense exercise is often difficult and can be disheartening when you can't keep up. I know I don't have the stamina like the people in the Insanity videos, but I stick with it and push myself. I may not keep up, and I may not do it perfect, but I go as hard as I can for as long as I can and finish the workout. It's ok to modify a workout to what works for you. Don't be afraid to change something so you can keep up.You need to push yourself. If you can get on a treadmill and "speed walk" for two hours at a time, you're not pushing yourself and you are not going to see results. At least not as quickly as you would if you pushed yourself to the brink with sweat dripping off of you and you're barely breathing. But hey, if you want to take 3 years to drop 100 lbs instead of 8 months I guess that's your choice.
My point is, push yourself, challenge your mind and body, don't use "I can't". Fuel your body, eat 5 times per day and eat healthy foods. Don't be afraid to modify the Insanity or TurboFire workout (or any other Beachbody or at home workout for that matter) to your needs. It's ok if you don't do things exactly the same as the people in the videos, the point is to try, and try as hard as you can. Train with Beachbody, Curb Cravings and Increase your metabolism with Diet Magic and you'll see amazing results.
Just an FYI, I'm down to 267.7 that's almost another 4 pounds. Just thought I'd mention that =)
