This year it was a little different. I actually LOST two more pounds! I'm now down almost 15 pounds and I had to buy new pants because my other ones were too big.
I stuck to the Diet Magic all weekend. Woke up early, took my Diet Magic, ate a good breakfast and kept my metabolism up with small snacks and a good lunch and dinner. I never once felt over-full or even hungry. I drank as much water as I could and I felt great!
In ONE week I lost a whole pant size. Never in my life have I been able to consistently lose weight while not feeling hungry or deprived. I'm an emotional eater so most of the time when I eat it isn't out of need but out of boredom or sadness. I haven't felt that way once since I started taking Diet Magic.
I feel full of energy, encouraged and EXCITED for this change. I lost 4 pounds in about a week. If this continues I could lose all this weight in about 36 weeks (9 months). That is a significant change in very little time. I've done all of this so far just by keeping my body nourished. Adding in intense workouts could increase my weekly weight loss. Obviously as I lose fat this will slow down but I'm still encouraged because of other people's results.

Once I have lost 25 pounds I think my gift to myself will be a 1 hour massage. Goals are good right?
